Visual Basic is a very popular programming language that allows the programmer to create event oriented software with relative ease and with all the characteristics of Windows programs. It uses MS Access as a database system among others.
Although is follows the syntax of the popular Basic programming language of the 1960s, it also includes a variety of instructions that are original of the Visual Basic subset mostly due to its capacity of handling the windows interface.
